中药熏洗法治疗献血后引起大面积皮下瘀血的效果观察

Observation on the effect of fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine on nursing of massive subcutaneous ecchymoses after blood donation

目的观察中药熏洗对消退献血后引起的大面积皮下瘀血的效果,为献血引起的皮下瘀血提供新的治疗措施。方法选取献血后出现皮下瘀斑在(8×6-15×7)cm^2的献血者30名,随机分为对照组和实验组各15名,献血后d3、d6、d9、d12分别从瘀斑颜色、面积、痛感、活动受限情况、自我感觉5个方面观察两组恢复情况,记录瘀斑完全消退时间。结果治疗组和对照组症状改善评分及瘀血消退时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组瘀斑消退时间为(8.95±1.3)d,对照组瘀斑平均消退时间为(13.28±2.35)d。治疗组与对照组相比症状恢复快,瘀斑消退时间早。结论利用中药和热疗相结合的熏洗方式,能在较短时间的内消退献血后引起的大面积皮下瘀血症状,效果优于单纯热敷,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine on the nursing care of subcutaneous ecchymoses caused by needle insertion during blood donation, so as to provide new nursing measures for such ecchymoses. Methods 30 blood donors with subcutaneous ecchymoses at the area of(8×6-15×7)cm^2 were subdivided by randomization into two groups of 15(the control group and the treatment group). On the 3/6/9/12 d after blood donation, the recovery of the two groups was scored from 5 indicators, including color lightening, area shrinking, pain reducing, restraint relieving and self-feeling, and the time of total disappearance of ecchymoses was also recorded.Results The scores of symptom improvement and the time of ecchymoses regression showed statistical significance in the treatment group in comparison with the control group(P<0.05). The average days of ecchymoses regression were(8.95±1.3) days in the treatment group and(13.28±2.35) days in the control group. Compared with the control group, the symptoms in the treatment group eliminated more quickly and the ecchymoses disappeared much earlier. Conclusion The nursing care of subcutaneous ecchymoses using fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine can eliminate the symptoms in a short time, which shows a better effect than using hot compress alone, and deserves further popularizing.
