基于多元融合的酒店管理专业人才分类培养模式研究与实践——以南宁职业技术学院酒店管理专业教育为例

多元融合是当前高职酒店管理专业教育的一种基本形态。酒店管理专业人才分类培养是在多元融合形态下的必然追求。该文从多元化、分类培养等相关概念、理念源流梳理入手,整理出了酒店管理专业人才分类培养的基本模式架构,结合多元融合为酒店管理专业人才培养模式改革提供了一个基本范式。南宁职业技术学院酒店管理专业教育的改革实践,则为该范式提供了一个成功的实证案例。

Multi-integration is a basic form of hospitality management education at higher vocational colleges.The talent classification cultivation in hospitality management specialty is the inevitable pursuit under the condition of multiple integration.This paper starts with the related concepts and ideas of diversification and classification cultivation,and sorts out the basic model framework of the talent classification cultivation in hospitality management specialty,which provides a basic paradigm for the reform of the cultivation model of hospitality management specialty based on multiple integration.The reform practice of hospitality management specialty in Nanning Vocational and technical College provides a successful case for this paradigm.
