郑州市2005-2018年麻疹流行病学特征

Epidemiological characteristics of measles in Zhengzhou city, 2005-2018

目的分析郑州市麻疹报告病例的流行病学特征。方法通过中国麻疹监测信息系统收集郑州市2005-2018年麻疹发病数据,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果郑州市2005-2018年共报告麻疹6284例,年均报告发病率为5.60/10万,各年发病率在0.27/10万(2011年)-23.02/10万(2005年)之间。年均发病率居前5位的地区为管城区(8.61/10万)、二七区(8.26/10万)、金水区(6.99/10万)、惠济区(6.33/10万)、中原区(5.71/10万)。3-5月份发病数占50.86%。各年龄组年均发病率在1.32/10万(≥15岁组)-208.24/10万(0岁组);0岁组发病数占44.02%。61.28%的病例无含麻疹成分疫苗(MCV)免疫史。结论2005-2018年郑州市麻疹发病呈下降趋势,以城区或婴儿发病较高。需持续开展麻疹监测,提高重点人群MCV接种率。

Objective To determine epidemiological characteristics of measles in Zhengzhou city during 2005-2018.Methods We obtained data on measles cases in Zhengzhou during 2005-2018 that were reported to the National Measles Surveillance Information System,and we conducted a descriptive,epidemiological analysis.Results A total of 6284 measles cases were reported in Zhengzhou during 2005-2018,for an average annual incidence of 5.60 cases per 100000 population.The incidence by year ranged f rom 0.27 per 100000 in 2011 to 23.02 per 100000 in 2005.The five districts with highest annual incidences were Guancheng(8.61 per 100000),Erqi(8.26 per 100000),Jinshui(6.99 per 100000),Huiji(6.33 per 100000),and Zhongyuan(5.71 per 100000);50.86%of cases occurred f rom March to May.The average annual incidence by age ranged from 1.32 per 100000(≥15 years old)to 208.24 per 100000(<1 yearolds);44.02%of all cases were among infants;61.28%of cases had not received measles containing vaccine(MCV).Conclusion The incidence of measles showed a decreasing trend f rom 2005 to 2018 in Zhengzhou,with the high incidences in urban areas and among infants.We should continue measles surveillance and improve MCV coverage among priority populations.
