摘要
农民健康,乡村才能振兴。了解我国农民获取食物营养知识渠道数量是推进健康乡村建设的重要举措。基于江苏、河南、四川3省395个农民的实地问卷调查数据,采用Heckman两阶段模型对农民获取食物营养知识及其渠道数量的影响因素进行分析。研究表明,近95%的农民获取过食物营养知识,平均通过3.65个渠道获取,其中,电视与广播是最主要渠道。农民为女性、党员、家庭人口多、农业收入占比高、所在村委会定期组织膳食营养健康培训有助于他们从更多渠道获取食物营养知识。因此,加快实施数字乡村战略,膳食营养健康培训常态化、开展针对性的食物营养宣传教育可能是促进农民增加渠道获取食物营养知识的有效途径。
Only when farmers are healthy can the countryside be revitalized. It is an important measure to understand the number of channels through which Chinese farmers obtain food nutrition knowledge to promote healthy rural construction. Based on 395 farmers obtaining food nutrition knowledge and its influence factors were analyzed by adopting Heckman two-step model. It was found that nearly 95% of farmers obtained food nutrition knowledge and got knowledge through 3.65 channels on average.The main channel were television and radio. The farmers who were female, party member, had larger family size and higher proportion of agricultural income, where the village committee regularly organized dietary nutrition and health training tended to obtain the knowledge from more channels. Therefore, it may be effective ways to expand farmers’ obtaining channels of food and nutrition knowledge by accelerating the implementation of the digital village strategy,carrying out targeted food nutrition education and normalizing dietary nutrition and health training.
