摘要
目的将ABC-VED矩阵分类法运用到院外急救药品库存管理,以库存周转率为评价指标,验证方法的有效性。方法运用文献研究、专家咨询、问卷调查、现场考察等方法,对定性资料进行归纳总结,提炼主要观点;对定量资料采用Excel 2016,SPSS 23.0等统计软件进行录入、整理和分析;采用均数士标准差(x±s)、构成比等对药品库存周转率等相关指标进行描述性分析;运用多元线性回归和倍差法分析干预组和对照组在干预实施前后的指标变化及影响。结果A区紧急救援中心在干预实施后,2017年6-12月实际上月平均库存周转率较2016年同期提升了7.14%,理论上月平均库存周转率提升了18.46%,干预效果显著。在2017年6-12月,干预组与对照组倍差法(DID)=23.11%>0(P<0.01);在理论管理模式下结果为DID-34.43%>0(P<0.01),干预措施具有正向作用。结论以ABC-VED矩阵分类法为基础构建的院外急救药品分类管理模式能够有效提升库存周转率,有重要的应用价值。
Objective In this study,we applied the ABC-VED matrix classification method to pre-hospital emergency drug inventory management,and used the inventory turnover rate as an evaluation index to verify the effectiveness of the method.Methods This paper used the methods of literature research,expert consultation,questionnaire survey,and on-site investigation.The qualitative data is summarized to refine the main points.The quantitative data were re corded,sorted and analyzed by using statistical software such as Excel 2016 and SPSS 23.0.Descriptive analysis was carried out by using(x±s),composition ratio and other related indicators such as drug inventory turnover rate;multiple linear regression and difference-in-difference analysis method was used to analyze the changes and influences of the intervention group and the control group before and after the intervention.Results After the implementation of the in tervention in the C District Emergency Rescue Center,the average monthly inventory turnover rate in June-Decembe:2017 increased by 7.14%compared with the same period of 2016.In theory,the monthly average inventory turnove:rate increased by 18.46%,and the intervention effect was significant.In the period from June to December 2017,the in tervention group and the control group had DID-23.11%>0(P<0.01);in the theoretical management mode,the results were DID-34.43%>0(P<0.01),and the intervention had a positive effect.Conclusion The pre-hospital emergency drug classification management model based on the ABC-VED matrix classification method can effectively improve the inventory turnover rate and has important application value.
