心理千预在纤维支气管镜肺活检中的应用

目的探讨心理干预措施在纤维支气管镜肺活检中的应用。方法选取2017年1月-2018年5月间于西昌市人民医院行纤维支气管镜肺活检的162例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字排列法为分组依据,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各81例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施心理干预,对比两组术前、术中心理状态变化,并统计两组术后并发症发生率及满意度。结果术后观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术前两组患者心理状态对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术中观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分较对照组有明显好转(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预的实施有助于保证纤维支气管镜肺活检术的顺利进行,同时有助于减少术后并发症,保持患者情绪稳定,拉近护患距离,具有推广价值。

Objective To study the application of Psychdogical interventions in bronch of iberscopelung biopsy(TBLB).Methods 162 patients underwent the TBLB from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomLy assigned to two groups.The control group(n=81)received the conventional nursing;the observation group(n=81)received the conventional nursing and mental interventions.The mental state,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After inter-vention,the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);before intervention,the mental state showed no statisticaly significant difference(P>0.05);after intervention,the HAMA(Hamilton Anxiety Scale)and HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scalc)scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention can reduce the complication rate,improve the mental state and nursing satisfaction.
