工作坊模式应用于文职护士备战练兵训练的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of workshop model applied to the training of civilian nurses in preparation for military training

目的提高文职护士的战伤救护能力。方法2019年,解放军总医院第六医学中心以工作坊模式,组织136名文职护士开展备战练兵训练,在模拟实战环境、特定伤情下利用标准化患者,进行战伤救治理论讲解和技能示教,并进行“一对一”强化指导,形成影像资料,并同步建立考核体系。结果护理人员理论成绩均在80分以上,单项战救技能及综合演练成绩均在90分以上。结论工作坊模式可有效提高训练效果并丰富了文职护.士战伤救护培训体系。

Objective To improve the rescue ability of civilian nurses in the war.Methods Using workshop model,using standardized patients in simulated actual combat environment and specific injury situation,the theory of war injury treatment and skill teaching were carried out,and"one-to-one"intensive,guidance was carried out,image the data.And establish the examination system synchronously.Results The nursing staff mastered the practical application ofrescue technology and improved the effect of preparing for military training.Conclusion The workshop model can effectively improve the training effect and enrich the training system of civilian nurses.
