顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中的氯酚化合物 被引量:8

Determination Of chlorophenols in drinking water by headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography

摘要 通过优化顶空固相微萃取分析中的平衡温度、平衡时间、加盐量及固液比等实验参数,建立了固相微萃取-气相色谱快速测定生活饮用水中4种氯酚化合物的方法。结杲表明:在固液比为1:1,加氯化钠量为3.5 g,70℃下平衡20 min后进行进样分析,4种氯酚灵敏度大幅提高,该法操作简单、灵敏,不使用有机试剂。通过方法学验证的结果显示,4种目标物在相应浓度范围内的线性关系良好(R^2>0.998),检出限为0.01 Mg/L〜0.02μg/L,定量限为0.03μg/L〜0.07μg/L;不同浓度水平的加标回收率在89.3%〜95.6%范围内,相对标准偏差为0.93%〜3.19%(n=5)。方法适用于基层疾控中心对生活饮用水卫生监测的需要。 This study established a rapid determination method of 4 kinds of chlorophenols in drinking water by optimizing the equilibrium temperature,equilibrium time,add salt and solid-liquid ratio experimental parameters by headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography.The result indicated that the headspace solid phase microextraction analysis can significantly improve the sensitivity of 4 kinds of chlorophenols when the solid-liquid ratio is 1:1,sodium chloride is 3.5 g,balance for 20 min at 70℃.The operation is simple,which is applicable for batch test of water samples.The methodology validation results showed that the linear relationship of the 4 kinds of targets is good(R^2>0.998)in the corresponding concentration range,the detection limit is 0.01μg/Lto 0.02μg/L,the quantitative limit is 0.03μg/L to 0.07μg/L;The addition standard recovery is 89.3%~95.6%,relative standard deviation is 0.93%and 3.19%(n=5).This method is suitable for the grassroots CDC health monitoring for drinking water.
