三七总皂苷提取液层析浓缩方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探索一种实用的三七总皂苷溶液浓缩方法。方法:采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯-二乙烯苯树脂与聚合硅胶柱结合层析法对三七总皂苷进行浓缩,获得一定浓度的三七总皂苷浓缩液。采用HPLC法对三七总皂苷的溶液浓度与回收率进行测定。结果:经一定方式配合使用的甲基丙烯酸甲酯-二乙烯苯树脂与聚合硅胶对三七总皂苷溶液具有一定的浓缩富集能力,三七总皂苷溶液浓度最高提高4倍,回收率为88.5%。结论:经一定方式配合使用的甲基丙烯酸甲酯-二乙烯苯树脂与聚合硅胶对三七总皂苷溶液可实现快速、一定浓度的浓缩,方法简单、高效、实用,适用于工业生产。 Objective:To explore a practical method for concentrating of panax notoginseng saponins.Method:The panax notoginseng saponins were concentrated by methyl methacrylate-divinylbenzene resin and polymerized silica gel column chromatography,and the concentrated solution of Panax notoginseng saponins was obtained at a certain concentration.The concentration and recovery of panax notoginseng saponins were determined by HPLC.Result:The methyl methacrylate-divinylbenzene resin and polysilica gel used in a certain way can concentrate and enrich panax notoginseng saponins.The concentration of panax notoginseng saponins can be increased by 4 times,and the recovery rate is 88.5%.Conclusion:The concentration of total saponins of panax notoginseng can be achieved quickly and at a certain concentration by using methyl methacrylate-divinylbenzene resin and polymerized silica gel in a certain way.The method is simple,efficient and practical,and is suitable for industrial production.
