摘要
传统的造纸生产设备,其生产效率较为低下,运行速度也较慢、对环境污染程度高,需要较多的人力来操作与运转。随着工业化的发展,自动化技术的推广和应用,造纸企业为了发展需要,增强自身的竞争力,也开始引入自动化控制系统。因此,企业为了提高造纸生产效率及节能减排的目的,同时,也为了降低生产成本,提高产品的质量,加强生产过程管理,造纸企业引进了DCS控制系统,这一先进的控制系统还可以让造纸设备的优势与作用得到充分的发挥。
Traditional paper-making equipment has lower production efficiency,slower operation speed,and high degree of environmental pollution.It requires more labour to operate and operate.With the development of industrialization,the promotion and application of automation technology,paper-making companies have begun to introduce automation control systems in order to develop their needs and enhance their competitiveness.Therefore,in order to improve the paper-making production efficiency and save energy and reduce emissions,as well as to reduce production costs,improve product quality and strengthen production process management,paper-making enterprises have introduced DCS control system,which can also give full play to the advantages and functions of paper-making equipment.
