髋关节置换术围术期中医药应用现状研究进展

Research Progress in the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Perioperative Period of Hip Arthroplasty

人工髋关节置换术是髋关节疾病终末期治疗的重要手段,但患者术后往往要面临着包括肢体肿胀、疼痛、下肢深静脉血栓等极大影响术后康复效果及生存质量的问题。中医对髋关节置换术后患者的恢复显示出独特的优势,具有简便廉的特点,临床疗效卓越,副作用较小。文章通过查阅文献资料,综述了中医药在髋关节置换术围术期常见病症治疗中的应用,包括针灸、推拿、耳穴疗法等外治法及中药内服、中成药静滴等方法的临床应用现状,为临床使用提供理论实践支持。

Artificial hip arthroplasty is an important means to treat hip diseases at the end of treatment.However,patients often face many problems after surgery,including limb swelling,pain and deep venous thrombosis and so on,which greatly affect the postoperative rehabilitation effect and quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the recovery of patients after hip replacement,which is simple and cheap,with excellent clinical effect and less side effects.This paper reviews the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of common diseases in perioperative period of hip replacement,including external treatment such as acupuncture,massage and auricular point therapy,as well as the clinical application status of internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine and static drop of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide theoretical and practical support for clinical application.
