摘要
为部队提供技术服务,进一步提高部队战斗力生成,是军事院校最重要的职能之一。近年来,随着部队各类演习演练的频繁开展,空军预警学院服务部队人次也逐年增加,尤其在装备维修技术保障任务中,如何将相关装备的维修类技术成果,转化为相关课程的教学资源,从而让院校为部队训练提供技术、部队为院校教学反哺资源,实现院校教学与部队战斗力生成的双赢,越发显得重要而迫切。文章针对军事院校服务部队训练过程中积累的装备维修类成果在进行教学资源转化中遇到的问题,探索相关的转化措施和途径,为进一步提高军事院校的人才培养质量提供一点参考。
It is one of the most important functions of military academies to provide technical services for the troops and further improve their combat effectiveness.In recent years,with the forces of various kinds of military exercises conducted frequently,the number of people served by the Air Force Early Warning Academy has increased year by year,especially in the tasks of equipment maintenance technical support,how to transform the technical achievements and the related equipment maintenance class teaching resources into related courses,make,college provide technique for the army training,and force feedback for colleges with teaching resources,realize win-win situation of college teaching and army fighting capacity to generate,became more important and urgent.This paper aims at the equipment maintenance achievements accumulated in the process of military colleges’service army training,the problems encountered in the transformation of teaching resources,and explores the relevant transformation measures and approaches,so as to provide some references for further improving the quality of personnel training in military colleges.
