摘要
探讨了普通水泥砂浆、瓷砖胶、压敏胶和瓷砖背胶四种瓷砖粘接材料在不同环境条件下的粘接强度。并针对瓷砖背胶在不同环境条件下进行SEM微观形貌分析,探讨了四种环境条件下瓷砖背胶的粘接作用机理。研究结果表明:在标准、浸水和冻融条件下,粘接强度由高到低的顺序为瓷砖背胶、瓷砖胶、普通水泥砂浆、压敏胶;高温条件下,粘接强度由高到低的顺序为瓷砖背胶、瓷砖胶、压敏胶、普通水泥砂浆;对于不同吸水率瓷砖,低吸水率瓷砖背胶的粘接强度最大。
The bonding strength of four kinds of ceramic tile bonding materials,such as ordinary cement mortar,ceramic tile adhesive,pressure-sensitive adhesive and ceramic tile backing adhesive under different environmental conditions were discussed. In addition,SEM micrograph analysis was carried out under different environmental conditions,and the bonding mechanism of ceramic tile backing adhesive under four environmental conditions was discussed. The research results showed that the order of bonding strength from high to low was ceramic tile backing adhesive,ceramic tile adhesive,ordinary cement mortar and pressure-sensitive adhesive under standard,immersion and freeze-thaw conditions. The order of bonding strength from high to low was ceramic tile backing adhesive,ceramic tile adhesive,pressure-sensitive adhesive,ordinary cement mortar under high temperature condition. For different water absorption ceramic tiles,the ceramic tile backing adhesive with low water absorption rate had the largest bonding strength.
