高硬度双组分聚氨酯组角胶的制备及性能研究

Preparation and properties of high hardness two-component polyurethane cornercombining adhesive

以三羟甲基丙烷、蓖麻油、聚环氧丙烷二元醇、聚环氧丙烷三元醇、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯和碳酸钙等为主要原料,制备了一种铝合金门窗用双组分聚氨酯组角胶。研究了三羟甲基丙烷的用量、增塑剂用量和R值对双组分组角胶应用性能的影响。研究结果表明:w(三羟甲基丙烷)=12.5%、w(增塑剂)=10%(相对于组角胶质量而言),R值为1.05时,双组分组角胶的应用性能优良。

A two-component polyurethane corner-combining adhesive for aluminum alloy doors and windows was prepared with trimethylolpropane,castor oil,polyepoxypropane diol,polyepoxypropane triol,polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate and calcium carbonate as main raw materials. The effects of trimethylolpropane and plasticizer dosage,and R value on the application properties of two-component corner-combining adhesive were studied. The research results showed that when w(trimethylolpropane)=12.5%,w(plasticizer)=10%(relative to the quality of corner-combining adhesive),R value was 1.05,the application performance of two-component cornercombining adhesive was excellent.
