3种丛生竹叶面积预测模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 竹叶具有泡状细胞,失水易卷曲,增加了竹类植物叶面积测量的难度,本研究探求一种快速、准确、便捷测量丛生竹叶面积的方法。通过将孝顺竹、花孝顺、小佛肚竹叶片按照叶形进行分类,利用叶片长宽积和扫描实际叶面积进行建模,并采用均方根误差、残差平方和、预测精度来检验模型的精度,并与叶面积仪测量的面积进行对比,结果表明:(1)单个竹种和3个竹种合并拟合模型的叶面积测量结果均具有高精度(R^2>0.99,预测精度>97%),且优于叶面积仪测量的结果;(2)以叶片长宽的积建立了叶形分类拟合模型,模型的决定系数为0.9907、均方根误差为0.3525、残差平方和为312.6867、预测精度为97.28%,其预测结果优于叶面积仪测量结果。本研究建立的丛生竹叶片面积分类拟合模型快速、准确、便捷,仅需测量叶片长宽便可精准测量丛生竹叶面积,达到了预期目标,解决了叶面积测量难题,为丛生竹相关的生态学研究和经营生产提供了技术支撑。 The bamboo leaves are very easy to be curled,which increases the difficulty of leaf area measurement.This study is devoted to establishing a rapid,convenient and accurate measurement model of leaf area for three sympodial bamboo species.We built the model based on classifying the leaf shapes and using leaf length,leaf width to predict leaf area,and the area measured by leaf area meter was taken as the control.The root mean square error,sum of squares of residuals and predicted precision were used to test the errors and the goodness of the models.The result follows:(1)The measurement results of classified fitting models for a single bamboo species or three bamboo species were both of high accuracy(R^2>0.99,prediction accuracy>97%),and were better than those results of leaf area meter.(2)The Classified fitting model of sympodial bamboo leaf shape was based on the product of leaf length and width,with the determination coefficient of the model was 0.9907,the root-mean-square error was 0.3525,the residual sum of squares was 312.6867,and the predicted precision was 97.28%.The prediction results were better than the measurement results of the leaf area meter.The Classified fitting model model of leaf area proposed in this study can quickly and accurately predict leaf area only by measuring the length and width of leaves.It reached the expected goal and solved the measurement problem,which provided the basis for the ecological research and management and production of sympodial bamboo.
