摘要
为深入研究产品部件的可靠性,构建了竞争失效模型。基于退化失效和冲击失效的关联性建立竞争失效模型,在此基础上推导出产品的可靠度分析模型;引入Gamma过程对自然退化失效过程建模,通过退化增量描述随机冲击对自然退化的影响;引入Poisson过程对随机冲击失效过程建模,通过失效阈值的递减描述自然退化对随机冲击的影响;以具有退化失效和冲击失效特点的防滑刹车控制盒为对象,进行了可靠性对比分析,验证了竞争失效模型的合理性和有效性,为产品部件的可靠性评估提供了一种新的思路。
In order to further study the reliability of the equipment components,a competitive failure model is constructed.Firstly,the competition failure model is established based on the relevancy between failure failure and impact failure,and then the reliability analysis model of the equipment components is deduced.Secondly,the Gamma process is introduced to model the natural degradation failure process,and the affect of random impact to natural degration is described by degenerative increment.Then the affect of natural degradation on the random impact is described by decreasing the failure threshold.Finally,taking an anti-skid brake control box with natural degradation and impact failure as the target,this paper makes a comparative analysis of reliability,validates the rationality and effectiveness of the competition failure model,and provides a new idea for the reliability assessment of the equipment components.
