Research on the Service Mode of Library Data Commons Oriented to Think Tank Construction

【目的/意义】分析面向智库建设的图书馆数据共享空间的创新服务,提出面向智库的图书馆数据共享空间的框架体系和服务模式,为我国图书馆以更深层的数据服务支持智库建设与发展提供借鉴。【方法/过程】在梳理和评述国内外图书馆数据共享空间现状的基础上,剖析美国芝加哥大学数据科学中心的基因组数据共享空间案例,分析引进国外数据共享空间模式后面向智库建设的图书馆数据服务的新变化,并提出具体建设建议。【结果/结论】研究认为图书馆数据共享空间模式为智库提供数据服务具有一定的必要性和实践价值,最后提出面向智库建设的图书馆数据共享空间服务的框架体系及服务模式。

[Purpose/significance]This paper analyzes the innovative service of library data commons oriented to think tank construction,and puts forward the frame system and service mode of library data commons so as to provide reference for Chinese library to support the construction and development of think tank with deep data services.[Method/process]On the basis of reviewing the status of library data commons at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the case of genomic data commons of data science center of university of Chicago in the United States,as well as the new changes of library data service for think tank construction after the introduction of foreign data commons service mode and puts forward specific construction suggestions.[Result/conclusion] This paper holds that the mode of library data commons has certain necessity and prac・tical value for think tanks to provide data services,and finally puts forward the frame system and service mode of library data commons service oriented to think tanks.
