摘要
【目的/意义】构建用户数字音乐信息获取途径品质要素体系,对用户数字音乐信息获取途径品质要求进行分类,为数字音乐信息服务企业改进数字音乐信息平台功能和性能、数字音乐信息用户合理选择数字音乐信息获取途径提供参考。【方法/过程】通过情报学理论推导和对数字音乐平台的网络观察,确定了用户数字音乐信息获取途径的品质要素;经过KANO模型方法进行调查统计,对数字音乐信息获取途径的品质要求进行分类,并采用逻辑分析方法对各品质要素进行解析。【结果/结论】在数字音乐信息获取途径的1()个基本品质要素和25个附加品质要素中,有3个兴奋型岛质要素、5个期望型品质要素、5个必备型品质要素、20个无差异性晶质要素、2个反向型品质要素。
[Purpose/significance]A quality factors system focused on users'access to digital music information is proposed in this paper.It is used to classify the quality requirements of usersz access to digital music information.This paper provides a reference for digital music information service enterprises to improve the functions and performance of digital music information platforms,and for digital music information users to reasonably choose the access to digital music information.[Melhod/process]Based on the theoretical derivation of information science and the network observation on digital music platforms,this paper identifies quality factors of users'access to digital music information.Then this paper classifies the quality requirements of access to digital music information by KANO model and analyses the quality factors respectively by logical analysis method.[Result/conclusion]Among the 10 basic quality factors and 25 additional quality factors of the access to digital music information,there are 3 exciting quality factors,5 expected quality factors,5 essential quality factors,20 indifference quality factors and 2 reverse quality factors.
