烧伤后呼吸机相关性肺损伤的诊断与治疗研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 机械通气是抢救危重烧伤患者的重要手段之一,能改善心、肺、肾等重要器官的功能,稳定身体内环境并促进患者康复。但是机械通气使用不当可引发诸多并发症,其中呼吸机相关性肺损伤(VILI)为最常见也是最严重的并发症之一,致死率高。预防VILI的目标是将机械通气导致肺损伤的风险降至最低。本文就烧伤患者使用呼吸机导致VILI的发病机制、诊断以及如何早期预防治疗进行综述。 As one of the important means for saving severely burned patients,mechanical ventilation can not only improve the function of important organs such as heart,lung,and kidney,but also stabilize the homeostasis of the body,thus promoting the recovery of patients.Improper use of mechanical ventilation,however,can lead to many complications,among which the ventilator-induced lung injury(VILI)is one of the most common and serious complications,accompanying with a high mortality rate.The target of preventing VILI is to minimize the risk of lung injury caused by mechanical ventilation.This article reviews the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and early prevention and treatment of VILI caused by mechanical ventilation in burned patients.
