摘要
为评估出钻修井大绳的缺陷程度,在分析了其服役和维保现状后,采用基于全磁技术的无损探伤设备对钢丝绳进行安全评估。结果表明:被检钢丝绳整体性能良好,在加强保养的基础上满足继续使用的要求;根据缺陷提示找到了绞车滚筒处易造成钢丝绳损伤的部位及原因,可指导后续绞车滚筒的维修与改造。该无损探伤手段可方便地对钻修井大绳损伤状态进行评估,确保钻修井作业安全。
In order to evaluate the defect degree of drilling and workover rope,the safety evaluation of wirerope is carried out by using nondestructive testing equipment based on all-magnetic technology,after analyzing its service and maintenance status.The results show that the overall performance of the wirerope under inspection is well-deserved and can meet the requirements of the continuous using on the foundation,which is under strengthen maintenance.According to hints of the defect,the parts and causes of wirerope damage on winch drum are easily found out,which can provide a guide for the maintenance and reconstruction of winch drum’s follow-up work.This nondestructive testing method can evaluate the damage state of large rope in drilling and workover to ensure the safety of drilling and workover.
