摘要
通过研究9Ni钢相关声学特性,设计加工校准试块和人工缺陷试块,开发针对9Ni钢工艺管线焊缝的相控阵检测工艺,实现对该材料焊缝的有效检测。结果表明,相控阵检测结果与设计尺寸相对应,无漏检情况发生。该成果可对今后同类工艺管线焊缝的检测提供技术支持。
In this paper,by studying the acoustic characteristics of 9 Ni steel,designing and processing calibration test block and the artificial defect test block,developing the PAUT technology for 9 Ni steel process piping weld,to achieve the effective detection of the material weld.The results show that the phased array detection results correspond to the design size,and there is no missing detection.The results can provide technical support for the future inspection of piping welds with similar technology.
