复方芎参软胶囊的提取工艺

摘要 目的评价复方芎参软胶囊的提取工艺。方法以阿魏酸的提取率作为评价指标,采用超临界萃取正交试验法优化川芎提取工艺;以丹参酮ⅡA的提取率作为评价指标,采用正交试验法优化丹参提取工艺。结果川芎萃取优化工艺为萃取温度70℃、萃取压力29 MPa、萃取时间1.5 h;丹参药材的提取优化工艺为90%乙醇、提取时间1.5 h、提取次数3次、6倍量提取溶媒。结论优选的提取工艺合理可行,可作为复方芎参软胶囊的提取工艺。 Objective To study the extraction process of Fufang Xiongshen Soft Capsules. Methods Using the extraction rate of ferulic acid as the evaluation index, the extraction process of Chuanxiong was optimized by Supercritical extraction orthogonal test. Using the extraction rate ofTanshinone ⅡA as the evaluation index, The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Results The extraction process of Chuanxiong was as follows: extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction pressure 29 MPa and extraction time 1.5 h. The extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza was six times quantity of 90% ethanol, three times of extraction, each time for 1.5 hour. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is reasonable and feasible, and can be used as the extraction process of compound soft capsules.
