鼠神经生长因子联合泼尼松治疗面神经炎患者的疗效

Therapeutic Effects of Rat Nerve Growth Factor Combined with Prednisone on Patients with Facial Neuritis

目的探讨鼠神经生长因子联合泼尼松治疗面神经炎患者的疗效。方法选取2017年5月至2018年6月于大连市中心医院治疗的60例面神经炎患者作为研究对象,将其应用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组接受泼尼松治疗,观察组则加用鼠神经生长因子治疗。比较两组临床疗效、瞬目反射(BR)潜伏期、神经传导速度、Portmann评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组BR潜伏期、神经传导速度、Portmann评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组BR潜伏期(7.08±1.23)ms短于对照组(9.76±1.34)ms,神经传导速度(63.05±3.27)m/s、Portmann评分(13.68±1.52)分高于对照组(51.19±2.63)m/s、(11.56±2.06)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率为6.67%、对照组0.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论面神经炎患者接受鼠神经生长因子、泼尼松联合治疗病情控制效果良好,利于改善临床症状及BR潜伏期、神经传导速度,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of rat nerve growth factor combined with Prednisone on facial neuritis. Methods From May 2017 to June 2018, 60 patients with facial neuritis treated in Dalian Central Hospital were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into 2 groups by random number table method, with 30 in each group. The control group was treated with Prednisone, while the observation group was treated with nerve growth factor based on the control group. The clinical effects, Blink reflex(BR) latency, nerve conduction velocity, Portmann score and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%) was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the BR latency, nerve conduction velocity and Portmann score between the two groups before treatment.(P>0.05);After treatment, the BR latency(7.08±1.23) ms was lower than that of the control group(9.76±1.34) ms, the nerve conduction velocity(63.05±3.27) m/s, and the Portmann score(13.68±1.52) were higher than the control group(51.19±2.63) m/s,(11.56±2.06) points(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 6.67%, and the control group was 0.00%(P>0.05). Conclusion treatment with the combination of rat nerve growth factor and prednisone for patients with facial neuritis had good control effects, which was helpful to improve the clinical symptoms, Br latency and nerve conduction velocity, and had few adverse reactions.
