摘要
随着科学的不断发展,人们对川乌的研究越来越深入。近年来,川乌的研究结果显示,川乌具有镇痛、抗炎作用,可以治疗风湿性关节炎;川乌具有强心、降压作用,治疗心血管疾病效果显著;川乌还具有抗肿瘤、免疫抑制等作用。川乌的化学成分对其药理作用有着显著影响,尤其是乌头类生物碱,其不仅是主要的药效成分,也是其毒性成分,其治疗量与中毒剂量非常接近,在关注其药理作用的同时还应考虑其可能导致的神经毒性和心脏毒性。临床使用时常通过炮制降低其毒性,或与白芍、防己等药味配伍达到减毒增效的目的。
With the continuous development of science, people’s research on Radix Aconiti is more and more in-depth. In recent years, the research results of Radix Aconiti show that Radix Aconiti has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, which can treat rheumatoid arthritis;Radix Aconiti has the effects of strengthening the heart and reducing blood pressure, and has significant effects on treating cardiovascular diseases;Radix Aconiti also has the effects of anti-tumor and immunosuppression. The chemical components of Radix Aconiti have a significant impact on its pharmacological effect, especially Aconiti alkaloids, which are not only the main active components, but also its toxic components. The treatment amount is very close to the toxic dose. While paying attention to its pharmacological effects, the possible neurotoxicity and cardiotoxicity should also be considered. In clinical use, its toxicity is often reduced by processing, or it can be combined with Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae achieve the purpose of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.
