茯苓三萜类化合物药理活性研究进展

The Current Research Progress on Pharmacological Activity of Triterpenoids in Poria cocos

茯苓为常用中药,其在日常饮食以及临床用药都有很高的应用价值。茯苓的药理作用主要取决于三萜类化合物和多糖成分。三萜类化合物具有明显的抗炎、抗癌及调节免疫等作用。现就目前三萜类化合物药理活性方面的研究进行综述,以期为茯苓的药理学研究提供技术支撑和科学依据。

Poria cocos is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, which has high application value in daily diet and the use of clinical medicine. The pharmacological action of Poria cocos mainly depends on triterpenoids chemical composition and polysaccharide components. Triterpenoids chemical composition have obvious effects of anti-vomiting, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and immune regulation etc. This article reviews the current research on the pharmacological activities of triterpenoids chemical composition, in order to provide technical support and scientific basis for the pharmacological studies of Poria cocos.
