The paper summarized the scientific research situation of Pumpkin seeds in extraction technology, chemical composition, treatment of diseases, improvement of drug toxicity and side effects, cosmetics and new-product development and other aspects by scholars since 2016, with a view to providing reference and scientific basis for the research of Pumpkin seeds in the field of domestic development.
