摘要
随着煤矿开采机械化、自动化、智能化技术的不断发展,综采工作面开采强度及产能不断提高,采准巷道的掘进速度明显落后于综采工作面的推进速度,采掘衔接的紧张局面越发严峻,已严重影响了煤炭生产。为了提高复杂地质条件下大断面半煤岩巷掘进速度和机械化水平,本文在分析复合松软顶板条件下综掘工作面快速掘进的诸多影响因素的基础上,依据红柳煤矿41采区辅运巷工作面综掘实际,提出了实现快速掘进的技术措施:选用新型掘进装备,保证快速切割,修正锚网支护参数,缩短支护时长,引入连续辅助运输,提升运渣效率,优化工序配置,实现了快速掘进。
With the continuous development of mechanization,automation and intellectualization technology in coal mining,the mining intensity and production capacity of fully mechanized mining face are increasing,and the driving speed of mining roadway is obviously behind the advancing speed of fully mechanized min⁃ing face,the tension of the connection between mining and tunneling is becoming more and more serious,which has seriously affected the coal production.In order to improve the tunneling speed and mechanization level of large section semi-coal roadway under complex geological conditions,based on the analysis of many factors affecting the quick tunneling of fully mechanized face under the condition of compound soft roof,this paper puts forward the technical measures to realize the quick tunneling according to the actual situation of fully mechanized excavation of auxiliary roadway working face in 41 mining area of Hongliu Coal Mine:se⁃lecting new tunneling equipment to ensure rapid cutting;modifying the parameters of anchor mesh support to shorten the support time;introducing continuous auxiliary transportation to improve the slag transport effi⁃ciency;and optimizing the working procedure configuration to realize the quick tunneling.
