燃煤火电机组全新一代智能控制系统ICS的架构与应用 被引量:19

摘要 针对燃煤火力发电站底层运行控制系统,分析最新一代智能DCS(ICS)的功能设计、软件和硬件架构、应用效果,以提升火力发电机组长周期安全稳定和高效经济运行的核心竞争力。结果表明,ICS的主要新增功能包括基于智能控制技术的机组整机及辅机自启停控制,基于大数据分析、人工智能算法和热力学机理的智能监测,智能诊断与早期预警,运行优化与操作指导,闭环优化控制与故障闭环处理。ICS软硬件设计的新功能特点包括底层硬件和软件高度平台化和一体化集成,数据、算法与算力的有机整合;传统的实时控制网络与专用于复杂模型计算的高级应用服务网进行了虚拟逻辑隔离和冗余设计;系统的分布式计算架构;系统的高度开放式设计;构建与控制系统深度融合的多源、异构大数据融合处理平台,进一步提升网络安全防护能力。 Aiming at the bottom operation control system of coal-fired thermal power station,the function de⁃sign,software and hardware architecture and application effect of the latest generation of intelligent DCS(ICS)are analyzed,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of safe,stable and efficient economic opera⁃tion of the thermal power generator in the long term.The results show that the main new functions of ICS include automatic start and stop control of the whole units and auxiliary engine based on intelligent control technology,intelligent monitoring,intelligent diagnosis and early warning,operation optimization and opera⁃tion guidance,closed-loop optimization control and fault closed-loop processing based on big data analysis,artificial intelligence algorithm and thermodynamic mechanism.The new features of ICS software and hard⁃ware design include high platform and integration of underlying hardware and software,and organic integra⁃tion of data,algorithm and computing power;virtual logic isolation and redundancy design are made by the traditional real-time control network and advanced application service network for complex model calculation;distributed computing architecture of system;highly open design of system;constructing a multi-source and heterogeneous big data fusion processing platform for deep integration with the control system to further im⁃prove the network security protection capability.
