摘要
褐煤蜡树脂是褐煤蜡的一种伴生组分,对褐煤蜡产品质量和后续利用影响较大。为了研究不同溶剂对提取的树脂组分是否有影响,本文采用溶剂萃取法分离树脂组分,将宝清褐煤蜡分别用甲苯、乙醇、NICE绿色萃取剂3种不同溶剂分离出树脂组分,利用全段GC-MS分析和红外光谱分析研究树脂的化学组成,同时分析其物理性能指标。研究结果表明,3种不同溶剂树脂提取物化学成分组成非常接近,仅在部分化合物含量上略有差异,主要是由C18-C30的烷烃、酮类、醇类、酯类、烯烃、醛类及醚类等物质组成。甲苯提取物含较多烷烃类物质,乙醇提取物含较多酯类物质,NICE绿色萃取剂提取物含较多醇类和酮类物质。
Lignite wax resin is an associated component of lignite wax,which has a great influence on the quality of lignite wax products and its subsequent use.In order to study whether the different solvents has in⁃fluence on the resin components or not,the resin components were separated by solvent extraction is adopt⁃ed in this paper.The resin components of Baoqing lignite wax were separated by toluene,ethanol and nice green extractant.The chemical composition and physical properties of the resin were analyzed by GC-MS and infrared spectrum.The results showed that the chemical composition of the three different solvent resin extracts was very close,only slightly different in the content of some compounds,mainly composed of c18-c30 alkane,ketone,alcohol,ester,olefin,aldehyde and ether.Toluene extract contains more alkanes,etha⁃nol extract contains more esters,NICE green extract contains more alcohols and ketones.
