Analysis on the Elderly-Oriented Residential Interior Design

结合工作实例,从符合老年人生理需求的物质满足和符合老年人心理需求的精神满足的层面,贯彻以人为本的设计原则。从老年人的生理变化和行为特征,以人为本的适老化宜居设计,色彩与材质的心理满足,家具陈设与生态文化4个方面进行了分题论述,用以总结经验,满足适老化住宅设计安全、健康、适用的基本要求。

Based on the working examples,the paper carries out the design principle of people-oriented from the aspects of material and spiritual satisfaction in line with the physical needs and psychological needs of the elderly.From the four aspects of physiological changes and behavior characteristics of the elderly,people-oriented aging and livable design,psychological satisfaction of color and material,furniture furnishings and ecological culture,this paper discusses the issues in order to sum up experience and meet the basic requirements of safety,health and applicability of aging housing design.
