摘要
对于高海拔地区成品油库,夏季高温扫舱经常会出现气化断流、扫舱泵空转现象,扫舱工序一直是制约生产的重点和难点。论文结合公司科研项目计划,对现有扫舱工艺、装置存在的问题进行了深入分析,研发了适合高海拔地区成品油库使用的悬臂扫舱装置,通过设计、试制、试验和优化,验证了该装置的适用性和先进性,为高海拔地区成品油库扫舱提供了有益借鉴。
For the high-altitude oil product depots,the phenomena of gasification cut-off and empty running of scavenging pump often occur in the high-temperature scavenging in summer,and the scavenging process has been the key and difficult point to restrict the production.Combined with the company’s scientific research project plan,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the stripping process and equipment,and develops a cantilever cabin sweeping device suitable for the use of refined oil depots in high altitude areas.Through the design,trial production,test and optimization,the applicability and the advanced nature of the device are verified,which provides a useful reference for the high-altitude oil product depot.
