随着经济的发展,越来越多的中国公司走出去,到海外招揽工程,参与国际竞争。论文结合宝钢工程技术集团公司承接的阿尔及利亚某水泥厂项目的管理经验,介绍了法国及北非国家的工程管理技术,分析了海外工程需要积累的经验。

With the development of economy,more and more Chinese companies go abroad to solicit projects and participate in international competition.Based on the management experience of a cement plant project in Algeria undertaken by Baosteel Engineering Technology Group,this paper introduces the engineering management technology in France and North Africa,and analyzes the experience accumulated in overseas projects.
