Precast Construction Technology for Segmental Beams in Hong Kong

预制节段梁桥以其结构受力明确、施工进度快、造价低、工艺简单和成熟等优点,在港珠澳大桥、发达地区城市建设等方面得到广泛采用。论文通过东江口预制厂在建不同项目的节段梁预制施工,重点介绍短线匹配法的原理、模板选型、数据监控以及工艺,使节段梁预制施工技术水平得到极大提高。

Precast segmental girder bridge has been widely used in Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge and urban construction in developed areas due to its advantages of clear structural stress,fast construction progress,low cost and simple and mature technology.This paper introduces the principle of short line matching method,template selection,data monitoring and technology,which greatly improves the construction technology level of segmental beam prefabrication.
