Analysis of Singapore Construction General Contracting Project in International Engineering

总承包商依据所签署的承包合同进行项目管理,所以,在开始签署时就要认真分析合同,以便开展后续的管理工作。论文以2018年某国际公司中标新加坡某地铁隧道工程项目的总承包合同为例,介绍了国际工程合同管理的特点,具体分析了合同的内容,以便国内相关人士了解国外土木工程行业签订的施工合同的特征。

The general contractor carries out project management according to the signed contract,so it is necessary to carefully analyze the contract at the beginning of signing so as to carry out subsequent management work.Taking the general contract of a metro tunnel project won by an international company in Singapore in 2018 as an example,this paper introduces the characteristics of international engineering contract management and analyzes the contents of the contract,so that the relevant domestic people can understand the characteristics of the construction contract signed by the foreign civil engineering industry.
