The government investment projects have the characteristics of large scale,high engineering technology difficulty and long project cycle,which are easy to exceed the budget in actual construction.Based on this,taking the government investment project as the background,this paper discusses the exceed budget estimates phenomenon,analyzes its subjective and objective reasons,and puts forward control measures.
