新疆地区3种雅罗鱼的繁殖力比较 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】比较分析新疆地区3种雅罗鱼的繁殖力差异,为雅罗鱼规模化人工养殖过程中亲鱼的选择提供参考依据。【方法】采用方差分析、多重比较和逐步回归分析等方法,研究贝加尔雅罗鱼、高体雅罗鱼和准噶尔雅罗鱼繁殖力与其体长(L)、体重(W)、卵子直径(Do)、肥满度(K)及相对条件因子(Kn)的关系,并构建新疆雅罗鱼类的繁殖力预测方程。【结果】贝加尔雅罗鱼、高体雅罗鱼和准噶尔雅罗鱼的平均绝对繁殖力(F)依次为9280、16643和14310粒,其中,高体雅罗鱼的F显著高于准噶尔雅罗鱼(P<0.05,下同),极显著高于贝加尔雅罗鱼(P<0.01,下同);3种雅罗鱼的平均相对繁殖力(FW)依次为104.1、98.0和125.4粒/g,表现为准噶尔雅罗鱼的FW极显著高于贝加尔雅罗鱼和高体雅罗鱼,而贝加尔雅罗鱼与高体雅罗鱼间差异不显著(P>0.05,下同)。以K或Kn分别与L和Do构建的雅罗鱼F的预测回归方程具有相同拟合度,且未校正数据建立的多元回归方程与校正数据建立的多元回归方程均能预测出雅罗鱼的繁殖力。新疆地区3种雅罗鱼的繁殖力预测方程分别为:贝加尔雅罗鱼F=1280.398L+789831.20K-25154.759(R2=0.923),高体雅罗鱼F=1786.538L+579612.54K-31779.054(R2=0.957),准噶尔雅罗鱼F=1372.364L+1052451.21K-27321.297(R2=0.983)。【结论】新疆地区3种雅罗鱼的繁殖力排序为准噶尔雅罗鱼>贝加尔雅罗鱼>高体雅罗鱼。以K或Kn分别与L和Do构建的雅罗鱼F预测回归方程拟合效果相同,但K的计算更简便,且未校正数据所建的回归方程与校正数据所建的回归方程均能较好地预测雅罗鱼的繁殖力。 【Objective】This study compared and analyzed the differences of fertility of three species of Leuciscus in Xinjiang,to provide reference for parent fish screening of large scale aquaculture of Leuciscus.【Method】The relationship between fertility and body length(L),body weight(W),egg diameter(Do),fatness(K)and relative condition factor(Kn)of L.baicalensis,L.idus and L.merzbacher were studied by using methods of variance analysis,multiple comparison and stepwise regression,and established the prediction equation of fertility for three species of Leuciscus.【Result】The results showed that the average individual absolute fecundity(F)of L.baicalensis,L.idus and L.merzbacher were 9280,16643 and 14310 eggs,respectively.The the average F of L.idus was significantly higher than that of L.merzbacher(P<0.05,the same below),and extremely significantly higher than that of L.baicalensis(P<0.01,the same below).And the average weight relative fecundity(FW)of them were 104.1,98.0,125.4 egg/g,respectively.The the average FWof L.merzbacher was extremely significantly higher than L.baicalensis and L.idus,and there was no significant difference between L.baicalensis and L.idus(P>0.05,the same below).The F regression equation established by using L and Do with K or Knhad the same fitting degree.The regression equation established by using uncorrected data and corrected data both could predict fertility about three species of Leuciscus in Xinjiang.And the regression equations for fertility of L.baicalensis was F=1280.398 L+789831.20 K-25154.759(R2=0.923);the regression equations for fertility of L.idus was F=1786.538 L+579612.54 K-31779.054(R2=0.957);the regression equations for fertility of L.merzbacher was F=1372.364 L+1052451.21 K-27321.297(R2=0.983).【Conclusion】The fertility of the three species of Leuciscus in Xinjiang is ranked as L.merzbacher>L.baicalensis=L.idus.The F regression equation established by using L and Dowith K or Kn have the same fitting effects,but the calculation of K is easier than Kn.And the regression equation established by using uncorrected data and corrected data both can predict fertility about three species of Leuciscus in Xinjiang.
