阿司匹林联合灯盏细辛对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者心脏功能及血流动力学影响

Effects of Aspirin Combined with Erigeron Breviscapus on Cardiac Function and Hemodynamics in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探究阿司匹林联合灯盏细辛对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者心脏功能及血流动力学影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院150例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,随机分成三组,分别为A组(灯盏细辛)、B组(阿司匹林)和C组(阿司匹林联合灯盏细辛),观察三组心脏功能及血流动力学指标、治疗效果、血脂指标情况。结果:C组SV、CO、EF、VE、VA、VE/VA水平均显著优于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均显著优于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合灯盏细辛对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的治疗效果良好。

Objective: To investigate the effects of Aspirin combined with Erigeron Breviscapus on cardiac function and hemodynamics in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. Method: A total of 150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into three groups, the group A(Erigeron Breviscapus), the group B(Aspirin) and the group C(Aspirin combined with Erigeron Breviscapus). Cardiac function and hemodynamic indexes, therapeutic effect and blood lipid indexes of the three groups were observed. Result: The levels of SV, CO, EF, VE, VA, VE/VA in the group C were significantly better than those of the group A and the group B(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the group C was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than those of the group A and the group B(P<0.05). The levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were significantly better than those of the group A and the group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: Aspirin combined with Erigeron Breviscapus has a good effect on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.
