自拟抗毒调肝方治疗慢性乙肝病毒携带者效果及预后观察

Observation on the Effect and Prognosis of Self-made Kangdu Tiaogan Recipe in Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Carriers

目的:探讨慢性乙肝病毒携带者应用自拟抗毒调肝方治疗效果及预后恢复情况。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年12月-2018年12月收治的慢性乙肝病毒携带者70例,采用随机数字表抽取法分组,对照组(n=35)采用维生素C治疗,观察组(n=35)采用自拟抗毒调肝方治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医临床证候疗效、抗病毒应答及不良发生发生率。结果:观察组综合治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病毒学应答7例(20.00%),对照组病毒学应答0例(0),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.71%,对照组为2.86%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对临床收治的慢性乙肝病毒携带者,应用自拟抗毒调肝方治疗,可显著提高总有效率,改善临床症状,增强抗病毒应答,且具较高安全性,为对抗病毒复制打下了良好基础,开展价值显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect and prognosis of self-made Kangdu Tiaogan Recipe in treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus carriers.Method:Seventy cases of chronic hepatitis B virus carriers treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table extraction method.The control group(n=35)was treated with vitamin C,and the observation group(n=35)was treated with self-made Kangdu Tiaogan Recipe.The clinical effect,the clinical syndrome of TCM,the antiviral response and the incidence of adverse occurrence of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of comprehensive treatment in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM treatment in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 74.29%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 7 cases(20.0%)of virological response in the observation group and 0 cases(0)of virus response in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.71%,and the control group was 2.86%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For chronic hepatitis B virus carriers admitted to clinic,the application of self-made Kangdu Tiaogan Recipe can significantly improve the total effective rate,improve clinical symptoms,enhance the anti-virus response,and has a higher safety.It lays a good foundation for virus replication and has a significant value to carry out.It is worthy of wide clinical application.
