益生菌联合四联方案治疗十二指肠溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌感染的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Probiotics Combined with Quadruple Regimen in the Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer with Helicobacter Pylori Infection

目的:探讨益生菌联合四联方案治疗十二指肠球部溃疡伴有幽门螺杆菌感染的临床效果及不良反应。方法:选择2018年2月-2019年2月来笔者所在医院消化内科就诊的124例十二指肠球部溃疡伴有幽门螺杆菌感染患者作为研究对象。将入组对象采用随机数字表法分为观察组(益生菌联合四联方案)和对照组(四联方案),每组62例。比较两组溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌根除率和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组十二指肠球部溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌根除率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻和腹胀发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组皮疹、味觉异常和厌食发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益生菌联合四联方案不仅能显著提高十二指肠球部溃疡愈合率和幽门螺杆菌根除率,还能够显著降低四联方案的胃肠道不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects and adverse reactions of probiotics combined with quadruple regimen in treatment of duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection.Method:A total of 124 patients with duodenal bulb ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled.The enrolled subjects were divided into the observation group(probiotic combined with quadruple protocol)and the control group(quadruple protocol)by random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The ulcer healing rate,Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The healing rate of duodenal bulb ulcer and eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea and bloating in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of rash,abnormal taste and anorexia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics combined with quadruple solution can not only significantly improve the healing rate of duodenal ulcer and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate,but also significantly reduce the gastrointestinal adverse reactions of the quadruple protocol,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
