输刺夹脊穴联合当归拈痛汤加减治疗湿热型腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Damp Heat Lumbar Disc Herniation by Supreme Deep-needling at Jiaji Points Combined with Modified Danggui Niantong Decoction

目的:观察输刺夹脊穴联合当归拈痛汤加减治疗湿热型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:将48例湿热型LDH患者按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各24例。两组均给予当归拈痛汤加减治疗,观察组加用输刺夹脊穴治疗,共治疗1个疗程即10 d。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后VAS评分、腰椎JOA评分。结果:治疗后观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组VAS、腰椎JOA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组VAS、腰椎JOA评分均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输刺夹脊穴联合当归拈痛汤加减治疗湿热型腰椎间盘突出症可提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Supreme Deep-needling at Jiaji points combined with Modified Danggui Niantong Decoction on damp heat lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 48 cases of damp heat lumbar disc herniation were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,24 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Modified Danggui Niantong Decoction.The observation group was treated with Supreme Deep-needling at Jiaji points for a total of 10 days.The clinical efficacy,VAS and lumbar JOA score before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in VAS and lumbar JOA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS and lumbar JOA scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supreme Deep-needling at Jiaji points combined with Modified Danggui Niantong Decoction in the treatment of damp heat lumbar disc herniation can improve the clinical effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
