摘要
目的:探究放射防护对小儿肠套叠气体灌肠X线照射部位所受X线剂量的影响。方法:对肠套叠患儿在空气灌肠中使用铅橡皮进行防护,通过检测铅皮上下所受的辐射剂量,其中上剂量检测仪模拟无防护条件下患儿所受辐射剂量,下剂量检测仪为在防护条件下患儿所受的辐射剂量。比较上下仪器检测到的辐射剂量。结果:通过铅皮的防护,不同年龄、体重、身高的患儿在上检测仪所检测出的辐射剂量均明显高于在下检测仪检出的辐射剂量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气体灌肠时,通过铅皮的保护,儿童受到的辐射剂量会得到大幅度的削弱。
Objective: To investigate the effect of radiological protection on the X-ray dose of X-ray irradiation site of intussusception gas enema in children. Method: Lead rubber was used to protect children with intussusception in gas enema. By detecting the radiation dose of lead skin, the radiation dose and whether it exceeded the threshold were analyzed. Among them, the upper dose detector simulates the radiation dose of the child under the unprotected condition, and the lower dose detector is the radiation dose of the child under the protected condition. The radiation dose detected by the upper and lower instruments were compared. Result: Through the protection of lead skin, the radiation dose detected by the upper detector of children with different ages, weights and heights were significantly higher than that detected by the lower detector, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: During gas enema, the radiation dose of children will be greatly weakened by the protection of lead skin.
