摘要
目的:探讨三维超声检查对乳腺良恶性结节的临床鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的103例经病理检查确诊为的乳腺结节患者,其中,恶性29例,良性74例,采用三维超声对其进行扫查,且对比于病理诊断结果。结果:采用三维超声共检出良性77例,恶性26例,检出率为89.30%(92/103);在三维超声图像当中,恶性组边界不清晰、血流丰富、有汇聚征患者明显多于良性组(P<0.05),而恶性组无血流、无汇聚征及边界清晰患者显著少于良性组(P<0.05)。结论:采用三维超声技术对乳腺结节进行诊断,能较准确鉴别良恶性,临床综用价值突出。
Objective: To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules. Method: A total of 103 patients with breast nodules diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected. Among them, 29 cases were malignant and 74 cases were detected as benign. three-dimensional ultrasound was used to scan them, and the results were compared with those of pathological diagnosis. Result: A total of 77 cases were benign and 26 cases were malignant. The detection rate was 89.30%(92/103). In three-dimensional ultrasound images, patients in malignant group showed unclear boundary, rich blood flow and convergence sign were more than those in benign group(P<0.05). The patients with no blood flow, no convergence sign and clear boundary in malignant group were significantly less than those in benign group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Using threedimensional ultrasound technology to diagnose breast nodules can better accurately distinguish benign from malignant, and have prominent clinical value.
