无缝隙护理在早期系统化康复治疗脑卒中护理中的应用及对不良反应的影响

Application of Seamless Nursing in the Nursing of Early Systematic Rehabilitation Treatment of Stroke and Its Influence on Adverse Reactions

目的:探讨无缝隙护理在早期系统化康复治疗脑卒中护理中的应用及对不良反应的影响。方法:选择2017年12月-2019年7月脑卒中患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。两组均给予早期系统化康复治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用无缝隙护理。护理1个月后,对两组认知功能障碍发生率、护理前后简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、神经功能缺损(NDS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)评分及护理满意度进行比较。结果:观察组认知障碍发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后MMSE、BI和FMA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后NDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组服务态度、基础护理工作、护理知识的告知、病房管理、工作能力满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理在早期系统化康复治疗脑卒中护理中应用,能够降低认知障碍发生率,有助于改善患者的MMSE、NDS、BI评分,促进上肢和下肢运动功能恢复,提高护理满意度,有益于促进患者身体康复,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application of seamless nursing in the nursing of early systematic rehabilitation treatment of stroke and its influence on adverse reactions.Method:A total of 70 cases of stroke patients from December 2017 to July 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were given early systemic rehabilitation treatment,and the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given seamless nursing on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of nursing,the incidence of cognitive dysfunction,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores before and after nursing,nerve function defect scores(NDS),the Barthel index(BI)scores,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)scores before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of cognitive dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of MMSE,BI and FMA in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of NDS in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfactions of service attitude,basic nursing work,nursing knowledge notification,ward management and working ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of seamless nursing in the nursing of early systematic rehabilitation treatment of stroke can reduce the incidence of cognitive dysfunction,help to improve the patient’s MMSE,NDS,BI scores,promote the recovery of motor function of upper limb and lower limb,improve the nursing satisfaction,and is beneficial to promote the physical rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
