积极心理干预对晚期肿瘤患者生活质量和自我幸福感的影响

Effect of Positive Psychological Intervention on Quality of Life and Self-well-being of Patients with Advanced Cancer

目的:研究对晚期肿瘤患者采取积极心理干预对其生活质量和自我幸福感的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年9月于笔者所在医院内科治疗的晚期肿瘤患者58例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组29例。对照组行常规肿瘤相关护理,试验组在此基础上对患者进行积极心理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的心理状态、生活质量情况及自我幸福感情况。结果:护理干预后,两组患者心理状态和生活质量均改善,且试验组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组患者的自我幸福感高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对晚期肿瘤患者采取积极心理干预能显著改善其心理状态,提升高其生活质量,且患者自我幸福感高。

Objective: To study the effect of positive psychological intervention on the quality of life and self-well-being of patients with advanced cancer. Method: A total of 58 patients with advanced tumor treated in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 29 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group received positive psychological intervention. The mental state, quality of life and self-well-being of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Result: After nursing intervention, the psychological state and the quality of life in the two groups were improved. The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life scores was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The self-well-being of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Positive psychological intervention can significantly improve the mental state, improve the quality of life, and improve the patients’ self-well-being.
