一体化康复护理对全膝关节置换术后功能恢复及预后的影响

Effect of Integrated Rehabilitation Nursing on Functional Recovery and Prognosis after Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的:探讨一体化康复护理对全膝关节置换术后功能恢复及预后的影响,为患者的临床护理提供指导。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月于笔者所在医院接受全膝关节置换术的患者60例进行研究。按照简单随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则给予一体化康复护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:两组术前AROM及HSS、NRS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1、3、6个月观察组AROM及HSS评分均高于对照组,NRS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全膝关节置换术后患者中开展一体化康复护理可改善患者关节活动度,促进膝关节功能恢复,减轻患者疼痛程度,护理效果理想,值得临床推广。

Objective: To explore the effect of integrated rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery and prognosis after total knee arthroplasty, and to provide guidance for clinical nursing. Method: A total of 60 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for the study. According to the simple random grouping method, 60 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given integrated rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was observed. Result: There were no significant differences in the AROM, the scores of HSS and NRS between the two groups(P>0.05). At 1, 3 and 6 months after operation, the AROM and HSS score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the NRS score was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrative rehabilitation nursing in patients after total knee arthroplasty can improve the range of motion of the knee joint, promote the recovery of knee joint function, alleviate the pain of patients, and the nursing effect is ideal, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
