自制U型护垫对预防新生儿阴囊皮肤损伤的应用研究

Study on the Application of Self-made U-shaped Nursing Pad in Preventing Scrotal Skin Injury of Newborn

目的:探讨自制U型护理垫在预防新生儿阴囊皮肤损伤的临床应用效果。方法:将笔者所在科2018年1-6月接收的男婴151例作为对照组,将2018年7-12月接收的男婴160例作为试验组。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上增加自制U型护理垫进行护理。观察阴囊皮肤损伤发生率及损伤程度。结果:试验组新生儿阴囊皮肤损伤发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿阴囊皮肤损伤程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制U型护理垫可预防新生儿阴囊皮肤损伤的发生,值得临床推荐使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made U-shaped nursing pad in preventing scrotal skin injury of newborn.Method:A total of 151 male infants received by our department from January to June 2018 were used as the control group,and 160 male infants received from July to December 2018 were used as the experimental group.Routine nursing was used in the control group,and self-made U-shaped nursing pad was added in the experimental group on the basis of the control group.The incidence and degree of scrotal skin injury were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of scrotal skin injury in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of scrotal skin injury in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:U-shaped nursing pad can prevent the occurrence of scrotal skin injury of newborn.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
