熊去氧胆酸对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者纤维化指标及肝功能的影响

Effect of Ursodeoxycholic Acid on Fibrosis Index and Liver Function in Patients with Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的:探究熊去氧胆酸对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者纤维化指标及肝功能的影响。方法:将2017年1月-2018年8月笔者所在医院收治的60例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予恩替卡韦片治疗,观察组联合熊去氧胆酸治疗。比较两组患者纤维化指标及肝功能。结果:治疗前两组患者肝纤维化指标、肝功能指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者肝纤维化指标、肝功能指标均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组LN(99.1±15.3)μg/L,HA(92.3±20.4)μg/L,Ⅳ-C(74.8±13.6)μg/L,PC-Ⅲ(118.6±10.6)μg/L均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组TBIL(32.2±11.0)U/L,AST(64.1±18.1)U/L,ALT(50.8±18.2)U/L均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乙型肝炎肝硬化患者的临床治疗中,熊去氧胆酸增强对肝细胞的保护作用,改善患者肝功能,在临床中具有推广应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of Ursodeoxycholic Acid on fibrosis index and liver function in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Method:A total of 60 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Entecavir Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid.The fibrosis indexes and liver function of the two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in liver fibrosis index and liver function index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the liver fibrosis index and liver function index of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,LN(99.1±15.3)μg/L,HA(92.3±20.4)μg/L,Ⅳ-C(74.8±13.6)μg/L,PC-Ⅲ(118.6±10.6)μg/L of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TBIL(32.2±11.0)U/L,AST(64.1±18.1)U/L and ALT(50.8±18.2)U/L in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis,Ursodeoxycholic Acid can enhance the protective effect on hepatocytes and improve the liver function of patients,which has the value of promotion and application in clinical practice.
