改良早期预警评分在急诊科患儿中的实施效果研究

Effect of Improved Early Warning Score on Children in Emergency Department

目的:探究改良早期预警评分在急诊科患儿中的实施效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年5月于笔者所在医院急诊科就诊患儿81例,设置为参照组,实施早期预警评分,另选取2018年6月-2019年6月于笔者所在医院急诊科就诊患儿81例,设置为试验组,实施改良早期预警评分。对比分析两种评分方式对患儿ICU入住率、死亡率、治愈率的影响。结果:试验组ICU入住率为3.70%,参照组为20.99%,试验组显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组死亡率为1.23%,参照组为8.64%,试验组显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治愈率为58.02%,参照组为41.74%,试验组显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于急诊科患儿应用改良早期预警评分,可实现尽早判断患儿病情,有利于患儿转归预测,从而有效减少ICU入住率及死亡率,提高治愈率。

Objective: To explore the effect of improved early imperial landscape score on children in emergency department. Method: A total of 81 cases of children in emergency department of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the reference group, and the early warning score was implemented. Another 81 cases of children in emergency department of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the experimental group. The improved early warning score was implemented. The influence of the two scoring methods on the occupancy rate, mortality rate and cure rate of patients in ICU was compared and analyzed. Result: The ICU occupancy rate of the experimental group was 3.70% and that of the reference group was 20.99%. The ICU occupancy rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The mortality rate of the experimental group was 1.23%, and which of the reference group was 8.64%. The experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The cure rate in the experimental group was 58.02%, and that in the reference group was 41.74%, the cure rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the improved early warning score on children in emergency department can realize the early judgment of children’s condition, which is conducive to the prediction of their outcome, and can effectively reduce the ICU occupancy rate and mortality, and improve the cure rate.
