剖宫产术后外周静脉留置针导致静脉炎的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Phlebitis Caused by Peripheral Venous Indwelling Needle after Cesarean Section

目的:探析剖宫产术后外周静脉留置针导致静脉炎的影响因素。方法:选取笔者所在医院剖宫产术后使用外周静脉留置针的265例产妇作为研究对象,发生静脉炎65例,未发生静脉炎200例。比较产妇临床相关资料,分析外周静脉留置针导致静脉炎的影响因素。结果:发生静脉炎产妇中穿刺不当、合并妊娠高血压疾病、留置时间>72 h、输液量>1 500 ml/d、手背静脉穿刺均多于未发生静脉炎产妇,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),均为剖宫产术后外周静脉留置针导致静脉炎的危险因素。结论:剖宫产术后外周静脉留置针导致静脉炎的影响因素较多,应积极采取预防措施,提高穿刺质量,降低静脉炎发生率,促进产妇术后快速康复。

Objective: To explore the influencing factors of phlebitis caused by peripheral venous indwelling needle after cesarean section. Method: A total of 265 cases of parturients who used peripheral venous indwelling needle after cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the study objects, among which 65 cases with phlebitis and 200 cases without phlebitis. The clinical data of parturients were compared, and the influencing factors of phlebitis caused by peripheral venous indwelling needle were analyzed. Result: Improper puncture, concomitant gestational hypertension disease, indwelling time>72 h, infusion volume>1 500 ml/d, venipuncture on the back of the hand in the parturients with phlebitis were more than those without phlebitis, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). All of them were risk factors of phlebitis caused by peripheral venous indwelling needle after cesarean section. Conclusion: There are many influencing factors of phlebitis caused by peripheral venous indwelling needle after cesarean section. We should take preventive measures actively and improve the quality of puncture, reduce the incidence of phlebitis, and promote the rapid recovery of parturients after surgery.
