摘要
在橇装装置运输过程中,载货汽车行驶在不平坦的路面上时会产生振动,车辆的振动会传递给橇,导致橇随之振动。如果橇装装置结构存在薄弱点或者引起共振,则可能导致橇装装置损坏。橇装设备的模态固有频率前16阶的频率数值较低,车辆选型及运行时,应使车厢的振动频率避开此频率范围;选取缓冲材料后,运输系统以40 km/h速度在E级路面行驶,振动频率明显降低。在E级路面行驶时建议行车速度不要超过30 km/h。在B级路面上行驶时,车辆振动较小,主要防止车辆的侧翻或侧滑。在站场道路上行驶时,主要防止振动对橇装装置的损坏,应控制行驶速度和改进包装固定相结合的安全措施。对路面不平度对车辆的振动特性进行分析,进而对运输橇的受力特性进行分析,为橇装装置的设计与运输安全提供了新方法。
During transportation of skid equipment truck driving on uneven road surface can induce vibration,which will pass to skid,with vibration.If skid-mounted device structure has weak spot or brings resonance,it may lead to damage of skid-mounted device.The frequency value of the first 16 steps of the natural mode frequency of the skid mounted equipment is relatively low.The vibration frequency of the carriage should be kept away from this frequency range during vehicle selection and operation.After selecting the buffer material,the transportation system will drive at the speed of 40 km/h on the road of level E,with the vibration frequency significantly reduced.It is suggested that the driving speed should not exceed 30 km/h when driving on the road of level E.When driving on the road of level B,the vibration of the vehicle is small,so it is necessary to prevent the vehicle from rolling or sliding.In the station road,it is mainly to prevent the damage of the skid mounted device caused by the vibration,and the safety measures combining the control of the driving speed and the improvement of the packaging fixation shall be taken.In this paper,the vibration characteristics of the vehicle due to the road roughness,and the mechanical characteristics of the transportation skid are analyzed respectively,which provides a new method for the design and transportation safety of the skid mounted device.
